The Zupport is a lens support accessory that screws into the bottom of any Zacuto male rod. It can then be mounted to rods with a variety of accessories like the Q-Mount or Z-Mount 2. A Zip Gear can be strapped around the lens and secured to the Zupport for added stability and to prevent it from rotating.

Simple but effective
Im using this with a Target Shooter rig, and have it screwed onto a 3'' rod which not only supports my heavy Angenieux zoom, but also lets me mount a EVF Rod Mount to my lens support rod. This little guy goes great with other Zacuto parts to make a lens support system which is out of the way and a very flexible point to mount other components.

I haven't tried using the zip gears yet to lock the lens tightly to the zupport, but I think I will buy one and try it out. As good as this works to fight gravity, my lens can still be bumped upward away from the zupport. I think the zip gear is probably essential to make this little guy work.

I really like the rounded endges and soft zacuto bubble branding things, so far no scratches on my lens body. Perfect!
