The Zephyr, Zacuto's 15mm lightweight support plate, works on all Sony and Panasonic ENG style cameras that use the V-Wedge tripod plates. It allows you to adjust the 15mm rods up, down, left & right to align your matte box to the lens. You can also mount a follow focus or lens support if desired. It replaces the V-Wedge plate on your camera and still allows your camera to quick-release from the tripod plate. It has a unique long design, with an opening in the bottom which gives room for adjusting buttons in the lower front of the camera. This design is extremely lightweight yet very strong. Like all Zacuto products it is made from the highest quality materials, built to the most extreme tolerances and backed with a lifetime warranty.
The Zephyr works with all Panasonic and Sony cameras that use the wedge style tripod plate. If you are looking for something to be used on Canon, JVC, Sony and Panasonic cameras, check out our

Universal lightweight support system with Z-Release
The Zacuto Lightweight Support System (LWS) comes with Z-Release for all professional 2/3, 1/2" sized cameras as well as prosumer cameras such as the JVC GY-HD100/200/250 and/or the Canon XL-H1. The LWS gives you the ability to mount rods to the front of your camera so that you can attach matte boxes and follow focus units. This system was designed to be used with a wedge style tripod plate. Zacuto has taken this several steps further. This is the first universal lightweight support plate to work with all Sony, Panasonic, Canon and JVC cameras that use the wedge style tripod plate, meaning that one plate can be used for all cameras. When you get a new camera, you can still use the Z-LWS.
