The Switronix XP-L90S is a V-Mount (Sony) Lithium Ion battery offering a power gauge, information storage and a 2 pin output connector. It runs at 14.4 VDC with a 90Wh capacity. Li-Ion batteries can deliver 40% more capacity than comparably sized NiCd batteries and are one of the lightest rechargeable batteries available today, thus making it an ideal battery for a cameraman where power and weight is the highest priority.
