Z-Finder Pro 3x
The Z-Finder Pro 3x is an optical viewfinder that allows DSLR cameras to have the correct form factor for video. This Z-finder will magnify the LCD screen by 3x and has a diopter for specific focus tuning. It cuts out any extraneous light and offers an initial point of stability by pressing your eye against our comfy, large eyecup. The Z-finder Pro 3x comes with a 40mm diameter Zacuto optical designed lens, anti-fog coated protective covers, and a mounting system designed for 3” LCD screens. (A 3.2” version is available.) The diopter allows you to dial in the focus to match your eye.
The 3x magnification is recommended in particular for users who are farsighted and may have problems seeing up close. If you wear strong reading glasses this is the model for you! The Z-Finder Pro 3x has a diopter range of -2.75 and up (unlimited with extender frames). Users with 20/20 vision can use either magnification. It is a personal preference. Your camera model is irrelevant when choosing between the 2.5x and 3x magnifications. If you are particularly nearsighted and have problems seeing distances or are just looking for a smaller magnification we recommend the Z-Finder Pro 2.5x. Farsighted users can still use the 2.5x model with the addition of the included Extender Frames.
This frame is not compatible with the D800, D4, 1DX, or 5D Mark III. A 3x Z-finder packaged with a 3.2in frame for the MIII and D800 is available here! A la carte 3.2in and 3in Z-finder frames can be found here.

Z-Finder Jr.
FLASH SALE!
BIG SAVINGS!! $100 off regular price!
Was $265 now $165 for a limited time only
The Z-Finder Jr. is Zacuto’s most simple model optical viewfinder. It acts as a stabilizer, cuts out any extraneous light, offers 2.5x magnification, has a 40mm diameter Zacuto optical designed lens, and has multiple mounting options. The Z-Finder Jr. does not have a diopter, instead it uses Z-Finder Extender Frames to adjust the focal point in stages. The Z-Finder Jr's focal point is -4.75 and up (unlimited with extender frames).
The Z-Finder Jr. comes with two mounting options. The first is the silver forked Z-Finder Jr. Mounting Bracket shown in the product photos.* This mounting bracket must be sandwiched between a tripod plate (or similar) and the camera. An included rubber backed snap on frame attaches to the Jr. body and sits up against the camera LCD to avoid scratches or movement. The actual Z-finder Jr. is held in place with pressure from the fork of the bracket. This method is great for people who only shoot video. If you also take photos and will need to come up to the camera viewfinder, you may prefer the second method - our 3” adhesive Z-Finder Mounting Frame.** This method does not require the silver bracket or the rubber backed frame. The Adhesive Frame attaches directly to the camera LCD and the Z-finder can pop on and off that frame. This method will work for all 3” LCD screens.

Cross Fire
The Cross Fire is a unique kit as it is the Single Action kit and Striker kit combined. It comes with all block rods. The Cross Fire uses the expandable DSLR baseplate so this kit can easily be upgraded from a simple point of contact kit like the Striker Kit to a full shoulder mounted system like the Fast Draw. This kit works on any DSLR camera with or without battery grips as it is infinitely adjustable in height.
The baseplate attaches to your tripod plate using the standard tripod plate screws, (2) ¼ 20” and (1) 3/8 16”. Your camera can also be quickly released from the rig by turning the red knob then pulling up on your camera. The camera quick release plate stays mounted to your camera so you can quickly switch between using the camera as part of a rig or on its own. You can easily add the optional Z-Finder Pro, DSLR optical viewfinder, by attaching the Z-Finder Mounting Frame (included with the Z-Finder Pro) to the camera quick release plate using two thumb screws.

EVF Gorilla Plate Bracket
The EVF Gorilla Plate Bracket is used to mount the EVF onto any of the Zacuto Gorilla Kits that use a Gorilla Plate. It can also be used to mount the EVF onto the DSLR Baseplate. The EVF Gorilla Plate Bracket includes a "sling" bracket which mounts to the Gorilla Plate or DSLR Baseplate using the two allen screws that also attach the red thumb screw block to the plates. (If you are familiar with mounting the Z-Finder Frame on the Gorilla Plate or DSLR Baseplate, the sling bracket is mounted the same way). At the end of the sling bracket is a Z-Mount Zwivel which allows you to attach the EVF Pan and Tilt Mount (included). The Z-Mount Zwivel gives you the ability to position the EVF in a few different ways. Attached to the EVF Pan and Tilt Mount is the ZicroMini. The ZicroMini then attaches to the bottom of EVF with its 1/4" 20 screw. This allows you to quickly release your EVF frmo the mount with the flip of a lever.
Also, if you are looking to use the Zacuto Pincher (Universal mini hdmi cable restraint relief - shown in detailed pictures), it will mount onto this bracket.
If you are looking to mount the EVF to another manufacturer's rig or standard 15mm rod, check out the EVF Rod Mount.
Note: Must have Gorilla Plate or DSLR Baseplate for this bracket to work.

FC1 USB Focus Controller
INSTANT SAVINGS!
$50 off regular price!
Was $400 now $350 for a limited time only
The FC1 USB Focus Controller gives the photo and video enthusiast a compact yet powerful device that enhances the capabilities of HD video enabled Canon EOS Digital SLR cameras. Like Canon's EOS Utility, the FC1 uses Canon's USB protocol to allow control of a wide range of functions, but without the limitations and bulk of being tethered to a computer. The device is handheld, weighing under 5 oz. including batteries, and less than 3" in diameter. It is connected to your camera with a standard mini-B to A USB cable, and can be used as a remote control or attached to a rig using a 1/4"-20 mount located on the back of the anodized aluminum enclosure.
The FC1 uses the autofocus motor in lenses to control focus, even while recording video. This also works in any Live View modes, which can be useful for photography. The HDMI output can still be used in tandem with the controller, as well. The nine other switches located around the central focus knob can be used to access important camera functions, such as video start/stop, digital zoom, saving focus points, and adjusting camera settings. If your intended use is as a remote control for a camera mounted on a crane or jib, the FC1 has been successfully tested with non-powered USB extension cables past 25 meters in length.
It is important that potential users understand how Canon's USB implementation affects the FC1. Certain characteristics of Canon's design make it perform quite differently than a mechanical follow focus, so it is recommended that you read the User Guide and the Canon USB Protocol article.
Camera Compatibility
•Canon EOS 1D Mark IV, 5D Mark II & III, 1DX, 7D, 6D, 60D, 600D, 550D, and 500D.

MC1 USB Mini Controller
The Okii MC1 is a wired USB remote, designed for Canon EOS Digital SLR cameras with video capability. Similar to the EOS Utility on a computer, the MC1 uses Canon's USB protocol to allow control of a wide range of abilities, but without the limitations and bulk of being tethered to a computer. When mounted near a rig handle, it provides easy access to camera functions such as video start/stop, digital zoom, and settings changes. The MC1 can also be used at longer distances (e.g., on a crane or boom) with non-powered USB extension cables. An optional automatic recording restart feature is included, which can stop and restart video recording at 11-minute intervals for long film sequences, or can act as a fail safe.
The MC1 is approximately 3" x 1.5" x .75" and weighs about 3 ounces. It connects to your camera with a standard mini-B to A USB cable (the same cable you use to connect your camera to a computer). Three 1/4"-20 mounting points on the top and sides are provided to secure the MC1 to a rig or handle, as shown below using a Function Micro Clamp:
